Khalsa Catalyst – Frequently Asked Questions

Khalsa Catalyst is designed for Sikh students aged 11–18 who want to develop their leadership, communication, and confidence while staying grounded in Sikh values.

  • Annual Summer Leadership Course (3–5 days, in person)
  • Khalsa Catalyst Online Course (11 weeks, bi-weekly online, with monthly in-person sessions)
  • Advanced Leadership Residential at Oxford University (for committed students completing ≥80% of our online course)
  • Regular community events, workshops, and seminars — keep up to date on our events page [insert link].

We never want finances to be a barrier. Please get in touch with us directly to discuss support options. We have a limited number of fully-funded places on each programme for families who require assistance.

We are always looking for mentors, facilitators, speakers, and admin support — as well as people who can help behind the scenes. If you’d like to join the team, please fill out our Get Involved form [insert link].

No. Our programmes are open to all Sikh students regardless of background, practice, or language level. Sessions are delivered in English and accessible to everyone.
