Khalsa Catalyst is designed for Sikh students aged 11–18 who want to develop their leadership, communication, and confidence while staying grounded in Sikh values.
We never want finances to be a barrier. Please get in touch with us directly to discuss support options. We have a limited number of fully-funded places on each programme for families who require assistance.
We are always looking for mentors, facilitators, speakers, and admin support — as well as people who can help behind the scenes. If you’d like to join the team, please fill out our Get Involved form [insert link].
No. Our programmes are open to all Sikh students regardless of background, practice, or language level. Sessions are delivered in English and accessible to everyone.
Our programmes are led by a team of experienced educators, Sikh professionals, and university alumni. We also invite guest speakers and mentors from diverse fields to inspire students. Check out our team here [insert link].
We encourage all interested students to apply. Places can be limited depending on the programme, but our aim is to make leadership development accessible to as many Sikh students as possible.
Online sessions are run via Zoom/Teams.
In-person events are mainly in Birmingham, London, and Oxford, with more locations planned as we grow. If you'd like to request an event do get in touch!
Parents can join our mailing list, Whatsapp announcement group, attend information sessions, and follow our social media channels for updates, photos, and success stories. For any direct queries, please email us at contact@khalsacatalyst.com.
